In response to changing needs from designers, specifiers and architects, JLA has launched an all-new jlanthony.com web presence and supporting social media dialogue.
“We felt this year was an opportunity to open up our online channels to get information more quickly to our clients,” said Philip Clemmons.
The initial site design repositions much of the JLA story, providing additional details about the luxury drapery components and the 50+ custom finishes available. Additional focus has been added to images and descriptions to assist designers in specifying their project designs.
In addition to making the site iPhone and iPad friendly, the site design team is also working feverishly to complete the JLA Designer Workspace, a shopping-like experience where clients can get additional specifications on each component, and piece together a quote request for submitting to JLA’s Client Services staff.
To complement the new site, the team is also reaching out to it’s online community with news updates, product and services news items, JLA insights and ongoing dialogue on Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Facebook and Instagram.
“We want to open up conversations, see more of the final products as we interview and coordinate with designers, and show people why we pursue such high levels in our products, finishes and custom work.” said Clemmons.
